We are a fellowship and advocacy organization, in Springboro, OH, dedicated to creating a safe community of empowered and unafraid BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) children and adults, who belong equally, with rights and privileges afforded to all, regardless of race, disability, economic status, gender identity, sexual orientation, or faith.
Monthly Fellowship Meeting: Women's History Month - Local Women of Color in Industry - A Panel2/26/2021 ![]() Saturday, March 6 - 7-8:30pm via Zoom (open to the public) “Women's History Month - Local Women of Color in Industry - A Panel” Dorian Cox and Devon Shepherd, sisters and local women of color who work in traditionally male dominated industries, will share their experiences in a discussion moderated by Springboro students of color. Dorian Cox is a Research and Development manager at Sunstar Engineering in Springboro. Devon Shepherd is an engineer at GE Aviation in Cincinnati in areas of manufacturing, sourcing, and quality. Parents of children of color, and their children, of course!, are welcomed to attend our monthly fellowship meetings, a time and place for families of color in Springboro and nearby communities to learn and connect with each other. We'll also discuss and provide updates on how to get involved in activities that serve to empower our children.
